We offer one on one strength and conditioning sessions and ongoing programming.
Pedj has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 9 years and all our coaches are fully qualified personal trainers. Pedj has a lot of experience training professional footballers with a focus on getting them fitter, stronger and sharper so they can perform at their best on the football field.
Our players will be assessed by our coaches to get a break down of their individual weaknesses and strengths and a specific program will be designed for each player. Each person has different areas that require more attention, so the programs are tailored individually to make sure our players get the maximum benefit out of it.
Factors that are considered the age, height, weight and more importantly the position the player plays on the field.
We also incorporate strength and conditioning exercises in our group training programs.
